1. General information
Every incoming order will be dealt with as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the ordered articles and their availability.
2. Shipping of goods
We usually ship via EMS Thailand Post, Flash Express, DHL or FEDEX. For dispatch by a forwarding agency transport insurance is always included on behalf of the customer. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries.
3. Return of goods
The items that are ordered for the customer from outside our own range or items manufactured specially for the customer cannot be returned. Other items can only be returned within five working days after receipt provided prior notice has been given by telephone and the return postage is paid. In addition, we reserve the right to charge for the decrease in value.
4. Missing data
Should your order contain missing or unclear data, we will try to contact you directly via phone or e-mail. In case this should not be possible, or if we do not receive a reply, we reserve the right to complete the missing data to the best of our knowledge. For example, if a right-handed or left-handed bow is not specified, we will always supply a right-handed bow.
5. Payment and additional fees
The options for paying for the goods are displayed on the “Checkout” page. We accept PromptPay, bank transfer, credit cards and “Cash on delivery” For credit cards we charge a fee of 3% and for “Cash on delivery” we charge a fee of 4%.

- In general, the purchase amount is limited to 10,000 THB.
* Restrictions on “Credit Card Payment”
- In general, the purchase amount must be higher 1,000 THB.
6. Jurisdiction and place of fulfilment
The place of jurisdiction and of fulfilment for both parties is Thailand.
7. Restriction of liability
Our liability for compensation is limited to cases of deliberate or grossly negligent causation by the owner of the company or any of his employees in carrying out the order. The statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Complaint in case of defective goods
If the goods are delivered and there are defects in the goods, a complaint must be made within 24 hours with photo or video evidence. After confirmation by the seller the goods must be returned in the original package. If the packaging has been opened and the goods have been used, any guarantee will be void.
9. Manufacturer’s warranty
The products have a guarantee of 1-2 years. Damage due to incorrect handling and wear of strings and cables, are excluded from this. In a legitimate warranty case, the manufacturer decides whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
