People often start with a relatively low draw weight and increase this step by step. The upper limit on this bow is 70 lbs and the draw length is adjustable from 19 to 31 inches. This makes it suitable for archers with a body length between approximately 120 and 200 cm. The manual describes how to change the settings. It comes complete with a whisker biscuit arrow rest, a fluorescent sight, a release, a stabilizer, a quiver, a sling and 4 carbon arrows. It is also equipped with a peep sight and a d-loop. This means you get a complete package in one go. The bow has a right-handed design (hold the bow with the left hand and pull the string with the right hand).
